Dinner tonight: spice-crusted duck breast with orange-honey glaze and cumin-scented carrots via Avec Eric and bucatini with a simple bell pepper sauce. Not pictured, as usual, because it would be redundant: my favorite salad.

  2. frizztastic said: How hard is it to cook duck? I love the taste of the flesh and the crispy skin, but I’ve never actually cooked it at home. I know it takes a while to cook because you have to render all the fat.
